Skaner\u00ebt jan\u00eb robot\u00eb t\u00eb pajisur me kamera q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr monitorimin e p\u00ebrparimit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuesve.<\/p><p>Procesi i nd\u00ebrtimit alternohet nd\u00ebrmjet nd\u00ebrtuesve dhe skaner\u00ebve, shtres\u00eb pas shtrese, printim dhe rregullim, derisa struktura t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb. S\u00eb pari, nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtues rri pezull mbi zon\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb funksionimit dhe fillon t\u00eb l\u00ebshoj\u00eb nj\u00eb avion t\u00eb materialit nd\u00ebrtimor nd\u00ebrsa manovron p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb tij t\u00eb fluturimit. Ekipi i Dr Kovac eksperimentoi me dy materiale. Nj\u00ebra ishte nj\u00eb shkum\u00eb poliuretani me densitet t\u00eb ul\u00ebt, e cila mund t\u00eb zgjerohet deri n\u00eb 25 her\u00eb nd\u00ebrsa thahet dhe mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret si izolim n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesa. Materiali tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb ata testuan, i cili ishte m\u00eb i fort\u00eb dhe m\u00eb i sakt\u00eb, ishte nj\u00eb p\u00ebrzierje e b\u00ebr\u00eb nga \u00e7imento.<\/p><p>Pasi roboti nd\u00ebrtues ka sp\u00ebrkatur nj\u00eb shtres\u00eb materiali, roboti skaner fluturon sip\u00ebr dhe inspekton p\u00ebrparimin. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb, njer\u00ebzit gjithashtu mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyjn\u00eb n\u00eb proces, duke mbik\u00ebqyrur dhe korrigjuar kursin aty ku \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme.<\/p><p>Studiuesit testuan aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e sistemit duke nd\u00ebrtuar si nj\u00eb cilind\u00ebr t\u00eb madh t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb me shkum\u00eb (72 shtresa dhe 2 metra i lart\u00eb) dhe nj\u00eb cilind\u00ebr t\u00eb vog\u00ebl t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga p\u00ebrzierja e \u00e7imentos (28 shtresa, 18 cm). Detyrat nuk ishin t\u00eb thjeshta. B\u00ebrja e rrath\u00ebve mbi rrath\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb kishte funksionuar, sepse shtrirja e p\u00ebrsosur e k\u00ebrkuar do t\u00eb ishte jopraktike p\u00ebr t&#8217;u arritur. N\u00eb vend t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj, roboti nd\u00ebrtues depozitoi rrath\u00eb t\u00eb mpreht\u00eb q\u00eb nd\u00ebrthureshin me shtresat sip\u00ebr dhe posht\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar stabilitet maksimal.<\/p><p>Robot\u00ebt e Dr Kovac e kaluan prov\u00ebn me ngjyra fluturuese &#8211; cilindrat u nd\u00ebrtuan brenda 5 mm t\u00eb gjer\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe lart\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb strukturave t\u00eb planifikuara, gj\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e dob\u00ebt p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket kodeve britanike t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit. Nd\u00ebrsa k\u00ebta robot\u00eb jan\u00eb treguar t\u00eb aft\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;u prodhuar, Dr Kovac thot\u00eb se buka dhe gjalpi i tyre ndoshta do t\u00eb jen\u00eb fillimisht n\u00eb riparim.<\/p><p>P\u00ebr shkak se robot\u00ebt fluturues, teorikisht, mund t\u00eb operojn\u00eb kudo, ata mund t\u00eb rregullojn\u00eb gj\u00ebrat n\u00eb vende t\u00eb rrezikshme ose ndryshe t\u00eb paarritshme. Dr Kovac thot\u00eb se robot\u00ebt e tij mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbuluar dhe mbyllur rrjedhjet n\u00eb tubacionet e naft\u00ebs ose gazit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb riparuar izolimin q\u00eb rrjedh ose p\u00ebr t\u00eb rregulluar \u00e7arjet n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesat e larta. K\u00ebta robot\u00eb mund t\u00eb vendosen m\u00eb shpejt, m\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe me m\u00eb pak rrezik p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit.
