Njer\u00ebzit me p\u00ebrdorim problematik t\u00eb smartfon\u00ebve kishin rritje t\u00eb depresionit, ankthit dhe stresit. Ata raportuan gjithashtu gjum\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebt.
Studiuesit shqyrtuan 41 studime t\u00eb publikuara q\u00eb nga viti 2011 q\u00eb hulumtuan gjithsej 41,871 adoleshent\u00eb dhe t\u00eb rinj nga Azia, Evropa dhe Amerika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Rishikimi yn\u00eb vler\u00ebson efektet jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb, por t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit jofunksional t\u00eb smartfon\u00ebve, dhe duke par\u00eb nj\u00eb model sjelljeje ‘t\u00eb varur’ ndaj telefonave inteligjent\u00eb, ne kemi vendosur korrelacione midis k\u00ebtij lloji t\u00eb sjelljes jofunksionale dhe rezultateve m\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebta t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit mendor,” tha bashk\u00ebautori i lart\u00eb Dr Ben Carter nga Instituti i Psikiatris\u00eb, Psikologjis\u00eb n\u00eb Kolegjin King’s n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr dhe Neuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shum\u00eb p\u00ebrdorues problematik\u00eb than\u00eb se pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb koh\u00ebs e kalonin n\u00eb faqet e rrjeteve sociale. Grat\u00eb e reja midis mosh\u00ebs 17 dhe 19 vje\u00e7 kishin m\u00eb shum\u00eb gjasa t\u00eb kishin nj\u00eb var\u00ebsi nga smartphone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Autor\u00ebt e studimit than\u00eb se ekziston nevoja p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimin e publikut p\u00ebr prevalenc\u00ebn e p\u00ebrdorimit problematik t\u00eb smartfon\u00ebve dhe sh\u00ebndetin mendor.
“Telefonat inteligjent\u00eb jan\u00eb k\u00ebtu p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebndruar dhe ekziston nevoja p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar p\u00ebrhapjen e p\u00ebrdorimit problematik t\u00eb smartfon\u00ebve,” tha autori Dr Nicola Kalk nga King’s College n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr.
