Fondi i \u00ebsht\u00eb akorduar Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Ekonomis\u00eb dhe Inovacionit&nbsp; n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e aksionerit t\u00eb vet\u00ebm t\u00eb Korporat\u00ebs s\u00eb Investimeve Shqiptare, p\u00ebr financimin e pjes\u00ebmarrjes s\u00eb qeveris\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb startup-in \u201cMachine Thinking Lab\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjat\u00eb fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, Ministri Malaj theksoi se nj\u00eb investim i till\u00eb duhet par\u00eb edhe nga pik\u00ebpamja e p\u00ebrfitimeve m\u00eb afatgjata, qofshin ato ekonomike, por edhe t\u00eb nj\u00eb historie suksesi q\u00eb vjen nga nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebse shqiptare me kontribut t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm bot\u00ebror n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e inteligjenc\u00ebs artificiale. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, Ministri vuri n\u00eb dukje faktin se akti normativ ruan t\u00eb paprekur deficitin buxhetor, i cili pas ndryshimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhura dhe shpenzime, vazhdon t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb n\u00eb nivelin rreth 68 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, sikund\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb miratuar edhe n\u00eb buxhetin fillestar 202. Efekti financiar, q\u00eb u mbulua nga rritja n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn mas\u00eb (pra, 1 miliard lek\u00eb) e t\u00eb ardhurave jotatimore n\u00eb z\u00ebrin \u201cT\u00eb ardhura nga tjet\u00ebrsimi i pasurive t\u00eb konfiskuara\u201d, kjo, si rezultat i derdhjes n\u00eb buxhetin e shtetit t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave t\u00eb mbledhura nga ana e Agjencis\u00eb p\u00ebr Administrimin e Pasuris\u00eb s\u00eb Sekuestruar dhe t\u00eb Konfiskuar (AAPSK\/MB), n\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb legjislacionit n\u00eb fuqi p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim. Thinking Machines Lab, start up-i i inteligjenc\u00ebs artificiale u themelua nga Mira Murati, ish-Drejtoresh\u00eb Teknologjike e OpenAI (organizata q\u00eb krijoi ChatGPT) dhe ka n\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebrje nj\u00eb ekip prej rreth 30 studiuesish dhe inxhinier\u00ebsh nga OpenAI, Meta, Mistral dhe Character.AI, (p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb ish-drejtorin kryesor t\u00eb k\u00ebrkimit t\u00eb OpenAI, Bob McGrew, dhe studiuesin kryesor p\u00ebr shum\u00eb nga modelet kryesore t\u00eb inteligjenc\u00ebs artificiale t\u00eb OpenAI, Alec Radford).
