N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb rregullores s\u00eb re t\u00eb Bashkimit Europian p\u00ebr reklamimin politik, Meta njoftoi\u00a0 se do t\u00eb ndaloj\u00eb shitjen dhe shfaqjen e reklamave politike n\u00eb BE duke filluar nga muaji tetor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kompania teknologjike e konsideroi legjislacionin si \u201ct\u00eb pazbatuesh\u00ebm\u201d, duke shkruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb postim n\u00eb blog se ligji, i njohur si Akti p\u00ebr Transparenc\u00ebn dhe Synimin e Reklamave Politike (TTPA), imponon \u201cdetyrime shtes\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme mbi proceset dhe sistemet tona, duke krijuar nj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb papranuesh\u00ebm kompleksiteti dhe pasigurie ligjore p\u00ebr reklamuesit dhe platformat q\u00eb operojn\u00eb n\u00eb BE.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I miratuar nga Komisioni Evropian n\u00eb vitin 2024, TTPA k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb kompanit\u00eb q\u00eb shesin reklama politike t\u2019i etiketojn\u00eb qart\u00ebsisht ato; t\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb informacion mbi sponsorin, zgjedhjet ose referendumin q\u00eb ato prekin, koston e reklam\u00ebs dhe mekanizmat e synimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur. Ligji k\u00ebrkon gjithashtu q\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e mbledhura p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb reklama politike t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunohen vet\u00ebm me p\u00eblqimin e personit ose subjektit p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, ndalohet p\u00ebrdorimi i disa llojeve t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave personale, si ato q\u00eb mund t\u00eb zbulojn\u00eb origjin\u00ebn racore ose etnike, apo bindjet politike, p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime profilizimi. Sipas Meta-s, k\u00ebto k\u00ebrkesa jan\u00eb tep\u00ebr t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, duke qen\u00eb se kompania siguron pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave t\u00eb saj nga reklamat. Ajo deklaroi se kishte zhvilluar konsultime t\u00eb gjera me institucionet e BE-s\u00eb, por p\u00ebrfundoi se duhej ose t\u00eb ndryshonte sh\u00ebrbimin e saj n\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb q\u00eb \u201cnuk funksionon p\u00ebr reklamuesit apo p\u00ebrdoruesit,\u201d ose t\u00eb ndalonte plot\u00ebsisht ofrimin e k\u00ebtyre reklamave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
